Did you know that music is a really good distraction?  So while you’re in the gym trying to finish your last set or rep, listening to music can benefit athletic performance by up to 15%.

It also ups your mood and gets your body moving more, putting more effort into every workout. A 2010 study found that cyclists actually worked harder when listening to faster music as compared to music at a slower tempo.
