I’ve always had a sweet tooth, ever since I can remember.
I think it first started when my dad would pick me up from nursery, and our local shops had a bakery, and well, we couldn’t pass without getting an ice-bun.
There’s nothing like being a choco-holic.
Nutella on toast for breakfast was always my favourite when I was little. The melted chocolate on toast was literally the best combination, and getting all that mess off your teeth after seemed part of the fun.
If you stuff your diet up regularly from being a choco-holic, or have a serious sweet tooth, then I’ve made a compromise, something chocolatey, gooey and sweet…
But guess what? This won’t ruin your goals of having a beach bod.
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1 big ripe banana (heated up in microwave)
– 1 tbsp. peanut butter
– 1 tbsp. cacao powder
– 1 tbsp. granola/müsli
– 1 tbsp. flaxseeds
– 1 tbsp. coconut shreds
– Some goji berries (optional)
– 1 square of dark chocolate crushed into small pieces
(Optional add 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder)
1. Mix everything together
2. Make cookies and place them on a baking sheet
3. Bake for 12 min. at 180 °C
