Blogmas day 6: A furry Christmas

Hello and welcome to day 6 of blogmas!

Today’s been such a hectic day trying to get all of my last minute buys for Christmas.

I tell my self every year that I’ll be more organised and it never seems to happen, anyone else do that?

Anyway today’s post is all about this months current trend – fur.

I absolutely love fur coats, and this year everyone’s went fur coat mad (not real fur of course).

I love how versatile a fur coat is, you can pair it with jeans and boots, or dress it up over a dress and heels. You can literally do ANYTHING with it.

But it’s not just fur coats that are in this season…

Fur jumpers, fur shoes, fur scarves, fur bags, and even fur hats! You name it, it’s been made out of fur.

I came across a jumper in Zara the other day for the bargain price of £15.99, and I just couldn’t resist the long tapered arms with a big ring of fur on the cuffs.

Not only is it super classy and elegant, but it’s also super comfy – it will definitely keep you warm as well as keeping you on trend.

I have some Christmas look-book ideas lined up for you all after Christmas, and it includes some stunning pieces that I’m so excited to show you all (spoiler alert below).

The good thing about fur is, you can actually wear it all year long.

It doesn’t have to be a winter wardrobe necessity (although it is a good idea to have one when you live in England, as it’s about -10 degrees here).

Textured coats are a key element to any outfit, they are fearless, they show a sense of power for all women because of how bold they are.

They’re vintage, modern and total rock chic.

It is a total statement piece that every girl needs in their wardrobe.

Here I have put together some inspiration for all you winter coat hunters.

I love to check online on the likes of Zara and Topshop lookbook’s for inspo.

It’s a great way to stay on top of trends and style your outfits up!

Have you got any fur pieces you’ve purchased this winter? I’d love to know how you style them and for you to tag me in them on Instagram and Facebook.

I hope you enjoyed today’s fashion related read, and I’ll see you tomorrow for some more Christmassy fun!
