I just wanted to do a little blog post of a recipe I’ve recently discovered and adjusted to make it my own.
Following on from my recent blog post, all about motivation, I wanted to give you a little treat if you’re still on this motivational ‘new you’ band wagon.

So I have a super sweet tooth, if you do too then you’ll know how annoying this is when it comes to healthy eating.
You finish a nice healthy nutritious meal and what you’re still not content? A little piece of chocolate won’t hurt… right?
The problem is no one can stop at just one piece, and if you can then bravo you have a lot of will power.
Unfortunately chocolate is just my weak spot, I can’t resist and all my self control disappears.
This is why I created this marvellous healthy treat.
It’s made from wholesome foods, no nasty added sugars – all natural.
I did post this on my Instagram stories (Follow me @rebekahjwright) last week and had a fair few people message me and tell me how tasty they were and how easy they are to make!
So I thought I’d share it on here too for you lot, and so you can refer back to it whenever you want.
Comment below if you decide to make them! Obviously you don’t have to add chocolate you could differentiate the recipe to suit you, if you prefer nuts or dried fruit then try that instead.
The good thing about this recipe is it’s so versatile and you can make it work for you. They only take 15 minutes to make in total and are so handy to have about when you can’t fight your sweet tooth and those sugar cravings start to kick in!
I let mine cool and then store them in an air tight container in the fridge, to enjoy for up to 4 days (if they last that long).
